This one on one session is with the Lieutenant. Each session is tailored to the needs of the client to maximize results and to provide clientele with fundamental tools to maintain their progress.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact your assigned trainer 24 hours ahead of time. Without properly cancelling, a $25 cancellation fee will be invoiced.
